I managed to get 167 damage per light missiles on pve... and my new missile skills are just 2 or 3... I got also good damages on a fast frigs (mwding or not).

Implants and better damage mods are really needed. T2 mods also. CCP can add mods that affect the same attribute as the skills (better range, better speed, better damage)... Because balistic control I (i'v never found other mods) are too limited...

I hope that this idea of removing BMs is a joke... Real coders would have found a solution in order to optimize the way they are handled in the game. Maybe simply 'group them'. BMa are logical in term of gameplay and are vital if you want to go...
